Usage

سِتّ is the short form of the number six, commonly used in Lebanese Arabic especially when telling time or in quick counting. Also note that سِتّ separately means 'lady/woman' in Lebanese Arabic — context distinguishes the two.

جِدِّي مِتْزَوِّج مِن سِتِّي مِن أَرْبْعِين سَنَة.

My grandfather has been married to my grandmother for forty years.

سِتُّه بِتْعَمِل أَكِل طَيِّب كْتِير.

His grandmother makes very delicious food.

سِتِّي مَبْسُوطَة وْ بِتْضَحَّك كِلّ الْوَقِت.

My grandmother is happy and laughing all the time.
