Overview
Alyma is a language learning app for Levantine Arabic. We offer a paid subscription that unlocks premium lessons, stories, and features. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as our merchant of record.
14-day refund window
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are granted at our discretion.
How to request a refund
Email us at refunds@alyma.app with the email address you used to subscribe. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Lemon Squeezy. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
Non-refundable situations
We reserve the right to decline a refund if we detect abuse, fraud, or repeated refund requests from the same account.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
